Source: glib2.0 Version: 2.80.0-10 Severity: critical Justification: breaks unrelated software X-Debbugs-Cc: ft.alban.hun...@mail.com
After update do 2.80.0-10, I cannot type special (e.g. german umlaut letters) characters or dead keys in all gtk applications and most applications installed via flatpak. Electron and qt applications seems not to be affected, as well as other applications such as weston-terminal. I am unsure if this bug is caused by glib2.0, but I can't find any other culprit in the list of recently upgraded packages on unstable -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 6.7.12-amd64 (SMP w/16 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled
