Thanks for the video. It does looks like there is some bug.
Unfortunately, I can't help you with this then. I could've managed to resolve
only a user error, but this is beyond my skills.
You can also try to reproduce this with a default panel (You're using a
modified panel), some of the widgets might be messing the panel tho I'm not
sure if that makes sense. Thank you.
