I would tend to agree that the issue is important, even though the regression
has been present for such a long time and it happens on XLSX but not on ODS
files.
Unfortunately, it has to be bisected (either in LO 5.0, or maybe even before LO
4.0 as I mentioned) before it can be fixed.
