Same issue experienced on AMD EPYC 9374F 32-Core Processor. A single core (core64) fails to starts on all 8 machines of the cluster. Tested using 5.15.0-105-generic 6.5.0-35-generic, same results. Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
