foxtrotgps has Build-Depends: libsoup2.4-dev but doesn't use libsoup at all. I checked with rgrep -i soup foxtrotgps uses Beautiful Soup (python3-bs4) which is different than libsoup. In my follow-up email, I am attaching a patch to fix this issue Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
