SUMMARY
Content Font setting only applies to things like usernames and display names on
posts, but not (ironically) any post content, let alone wider UI changes. This
is a bit of an accessibility issue, and it would be incredibly nice to be able
to adjust the post body text.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to settings.
2. Change Content Font.
3. Observe.
OBSERVED RESULT
Content Font changes only usernames and headers and such.
EXPECTED RESULT
Content Font changes the font size of post text (or an additional option is
provided to separately change this).
