SUMMARY
Can't change opacity of top panel. Default is "Translucent" and I want to
change it to Adoptive.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a top default panel
2. Right click and enter to edit mode.
3. Change Opacity from "Translucent" to "Adoptive"
4. Panel's Opacity does not change.
