Here you go: https://github.com/dennis2society/kate-gpg-plugin I have been digging through the KF6CoreAddonsMacro.cmake and see that the CMAKE_LIBRARY_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY is empty, which in line 62 is prepended to /INSTALL_NAMESPACE.
