To make OFBiz more user friendly for the non accounting-savvy, we could
introduce 2 new labels in accounting:
{code:java}
<property key="AccountingToPay">
<value xml:lang="en">To Pay</value>
</property> {code}
and
{code:java}
<property key="AccountingToReceive">
<value xml:lang="en">To Receive</value>
</property> {code}
and apply those labels to the appropriate overview
