I pulled the "Fucking Consumer" CD off the shelf to rip to my computer, and I still think this is a perfect example of Dutch techno/electro in the late 1990s. "Space Invaders Are Smoking Grass" is still an absolute banger. Everything on this record has a surprising rawness, born out of I-F's no fuss production techniques. He loved the raw sound of the drum machines and Roland monosynths, and he made sure it comes through in the track.
