Absolutely. You just need to provide an implementation of the
"UserCache" interface.
http://www.acegisecurity.org/multiproject/acegi-security/apidocs/org/acegisecurity/providers/dao/UserCache.html
Then you can wire that into anything that takes an instance of UserCache.
