Is there a possibility to get a list of the inconsistent files?
Some are ok, some not.
I think you're already doing it the way I would -- set all of the
properties, commit what worked, then set them again and look at the
'inconsistent line endings' messages. Fix those, and keep trying to
set the properties on all the files until you don't get any messages.
(It doesn't hurt to set a property for a file that already has it.)
