have you tried to load down the file to the local c: drive, make the extract to the default install folder tsm_images (or another local folder) and install then? regards joachim

It's been fine until this weekend when attempting to upgrade the majority of my NT4 clients. Some of the upgrades worked but on other clients they didn't! Very frustrating, all the clients have identical builds. The message claims it can't map to the network drive where the client install msi file is located and shows the path to a shared area which isn't used for the install. The install image was downloaded to the default area on the c partition. I tried mapping to the shared area but this didn't help at all (nothing happened during an attempted install in this case). I've exhausted all ideas I have, if anyone has had any experiences or can give some advice please let me know. Thanks, Marc.
