Regarding your concern, since this is specifically about getting invoice data, I would recommend checking our Invoice document and this Retrieving invoices guide to know more about this in the Google Ads API. Also, you are asking on how to get a list of valid accounts, you may use this List Accessible Accounts. Listing accessible customers is one of the few requests in the Google Ads API that does not require you to specify a customer ID in the request, and will ignore any supplied login-customer-id. Also, note that the resulting list of customers is based on your OAuth credentials. The request returns a list of all accounts that you are able to act upon directly given your current credentials.
