Hi Vanessa, You can include the "Cost" field in Keyword Performance Report<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#keywords> . But an impression isn't charged (unless CPM for Display network. But I think it's not relevant to this question). So costs for a keyword only has impressions are basically 0.
