international Risk Consulting Firms, is currently seeking for the following
position:
Business Development Manager, Risk Consulting
(Manager / Senior Manager level)
Reporting to: Director
Based in: Jakarta, Indonesia
You will be part of the Business Development team, which the team's charter and
activities are broad, including strategy development and business planning
processes, product & market entry strategy, alliance & business development and
marketing. Specifically, you will:
1. Develop and expand the Oil and Gas or Pharmaceutical in Indonesia
2. Have domain industry knowledge and eminence in Oil and Gas or
Pharmaceutical industries
3. Have proven capability and competence in Strategy development and
Operational Process Improvement consulting experience in Oil and Gas or
Pharmaceutical industries
4. Have proven successful experience in selling Strategy and Operations
type assignments
5. Understand Risk Consulting services and be able to sell this type of
assignments.
Job Location
Based in Indonesia
Willing to travel
Expected to build the business beyond the base country
Career Targets
Wants to be a partner in 3 to 4 years depending on entry point
High end Manager to Senior Manager and can be developed into a
partner candidate quickly
If it is a Senior Manager candidate, he/she has to give us confidence
that he/she is able to quickly demonstrate “sustainability” in selling and
delivering work
Targets
Manager : USD1m - USD2m
Senior Manager USD3m - USD4m

Experienced and has proven sales network

Past Experience
Similar role in other consulting houses
Sells professional services especially in Business Improvement and
Risk Consulting services.
Has worked in similar focused industries and has consulting skills
