The public data that exists on this regard is aggregated pageviews per project per country. Please see: https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Analytics/AQS/Pageviews#Pageviews_split_by_country Due to privacy concerns pageviews per country per article are not released at this time, it is our plan to eventually release those but It will not happen in the near term.
