*Role: Senior-UX Designer* *Location: Remote* *Duration: 10 months (possibility of extension)* *Note Salesforce and FIGMA experience required.* *Location: Remote * In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on the digital messaging, agent experience and trust initiatives in the Salesforce Service Cloud Contact Center. Your role will entail creating and communicating product design specs, patterns and paradigms and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to bring an established product vision to life. This is an opportunity to shape and simplify the Service Cloud user experience while focusing on inclusivity, accessibility and consistency. At Salesforce, our UX teams aspire to make products people love – tools that make a service agent’s day more productive, a marketer’s campaign more powerful, and an administrator’s set-up processes simpler. You’ll work with Design Team Initiative Owners in defining and articulating a product vision, in line with clear goals and rationales – a role requiring high craft visualization skills, thought leadership, empathy, and the ability to work closely with product and technology partners. You’ll immerse yourself in all aspects of end-to-end experience design, including using storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with design system specifications to communicate design options and direction. *Required Experience & Skills * * 5+ years of experience designing and delivering digital enterprise business products as part of a cross-functional team * Proficient Figma user * Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment while producing great design work on tight deadlines * The ability to ask questions, explore ideas, persuade others, and build consensus on fast-moving projects with varying degrees of ambiguity * Self-motivation; ability to produce results both independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and active listening skills, with an ability to build and develop close, trusting relationships * Experience using multiple approaches, including analytics and user research to drive decisions and develop product iterations * Ability to distill and reframe problems, then define a framework for resolution, generating clear, elegant solutions for complex challenges * Experience designing and thinking in design systems, not just single-purpose apps * An internal compass that points toward ethics and equality, and the conviction to speak up when we veer off course *Nice-To-Have Experience & Skills * * Previous experience designing features and functionality in the Salesforce Service Cloud ecosystem * Ability to show history of designing simple experiences in existing complex ecosystems * Systems thinking; ability to step back and see a project’s larger ecosystem, with a focus on solutions that improve not just one feature but the entire user flow * Experience developing software that is global in reach, universal in design, and designed for users of multiple languages and abilities * Experience working with the Salesforce Lightning Design System * Experience leading design research via User Testing is a plus * BA/BS or MA/MS in a design-related field or equivalent product design experience Responsibilities * Use documentation, reviews and presentations to communicate clear product ideas and design options to a wide range of key stakeholders * Serve as a bridge connecting design, product, engineering, research and content teams * Work closely with design initiative owners, product owners, engineers, and user research to enrich a vision for an assigned product area * Oversee multiple web and mobile application features, interfaces, and experiences for digital experience, agent experience and/or other areas of the Service Cloud Contact Center as assigned * Create designs that adhere to and extend the SLDS, existing style guide and interaction patterns for Service Cloud * Generate detailed final design specs that enable accurate developer builds * Staff design team office hours on a rotating basis * Work with developers and quality experts to deliver a polished final product * Create inclusive designs for all users; advocate for accessibility, encouraging product and engineering management to prioritize accessible features and bug fixes *Best regards,* *Naresh* *P: 737-205-1512* *E: nar...@siraconsultinginc.com <nar...@siraconsultinginc.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
