*Position: Appian Developer / Programmer* *Location: Remote, Austin Texas* *Type: Contract* *Scope/Responsibilities:* Performing advanced automated Appian systems development work in support of the client’s IT Rapid Application Development (RAD) Team. If selected, your duties may include, but not be limited to the following: · Independent design and implementation of various Appian based workforce application systems. · Contributing to the implementation of the software development lifecycle activities from development and testing to implementation and support activities per project requirements · Designing, implementing, validating, and deploying new applications using the latest Appian technology · Developing user interfaces, processing models and data storage in the low code Appian environment · Developing code, creating artifacts like test specifications, performing testing and implement relevant go live activities · Analyzing project requirements and the environment to ensure solutions consider current architecture and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements · Working within the Agile framework to conduct impact analysis and prepare technical user stories required for development · Using standardized project management processes, tools, and techniques to address project needs · Providing assistance with creating, maintaining, and enforcing global standards · Performing other analysis and documentation tasks as required to facilitate and support RAD team projects · Manage availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency of Appian by engineering reliability into software and systems · Mentoring junior Appian developers · Developing the internal Appian development best practices and design guide · Ensuring adherence to program documentation and procedural standards, and management goals and objectives. *Minimum Requirements* · 8 years’ experience as a developer/programmer or a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or analytical field and five years of experience as a developer/programmer · 8 years’ experience developing in a low code platform that includes an Appian Senior Developer Certification and recent hands-on experience in design and implementation of Appian applications · 5 years’ experience with Appian components including Process Models, SAIL Forms, CDTs, records, reports, and integration · 5 years’ experience with REST Web API development and API integration software such as MuleSoft · 5 years’ experience with Cloud-based technologies such as AWS · Demonstratable Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, practices and techniques of application programming and software design · 5 years’ experience in building Appian CDTs and application integration with databases, including Oracle 11g, DB2, or MySQL · Demonstrated skill in solving problems; in scheduling, testing, installing, and implementing programs; and in troubleshooting computer software systems · 3 years’ experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio, Axure or Photoshop · 3 years’ experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) – Octane (Or earlier version ALM) · Strong written and verbal communication skills to serve as a technical consultant to peers, clearly and accurately document relevant issues, and prepare accurate, concise, reliable reports · Texas Resident *Preferred Qualification* · Certification as an Appian Lead Developer · 3 years’ experience utilizing Agile Software Development Methodologies *Thanks & Regards* *Mohammed Ifthekharuddin* Tel: 703-831-8282 Ext 223 Cell: 323-825-5662 Email: ifthek...@canopyone.com Web: www.canopyone.com <http://canopyone.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
