Package: aptitude
Version: 0.8.3-1

On every "mark upgradeable", I find myself with sysvinit selected for install
and not
marked as automatically selected (and subsequently I manually request for it
not to be
installed).

The only dependency on it comes from libguestfs0, which depends on "systemd |
sysvinit",
with systemd being already installed, so it looks like sysvinit has no valid
reason to
be pulled - except maybe that this transitional package is marked essential,
which is
probably a bug it itself, but can probably explain the behavior.
