Thanks for the notice. I haven't seen this issue for quite a while.
And at least the last few times I remember having noticed it, it was
either only in derivatives (Kali IIRC) or with 3rd party repositories.

So I wonder if its related to the repository format.

Does it happen for you with official Debian repositories or with 3rd
party repositories?
