*Role: Data Analyst Location: Hartford, CT* *Duration: 12 month contract* *Openings: 2 positions* I have an immediate need for a solid Data Analyst for a large data migration effort. This person will need to know/understand data from a healthcare insurance perspective well and will need to work with business users to gather requirements and then turn requirements into specs for mapping payer data to the Data Warehouse. SQL experience is required, but this person will NOT be doing straight coding for this role. Keys: Deep Payer data knowledge Strong Data Analysis experience Meeting with the business to identify true requirements and building strong requirements documents Using SQL to query data for quality. Keeping detail oriented status reports on each project under responsibility.
