Thomas, I copied assp.pl build 11355 on to the system. Then used the ASSP Shutdown/Restart to restart ASSP. That particular system is a little slow shutting down and starting up, so the 90 second page refresh timed out before the system was ready.
At this point, I believe the processor was still running about 50% CPU usage, so had not gone idle after startup. I clicked on the Main link in the left column. I got a pop up about about an error condition. I checked the log file and found that ASSP had reset all my config variables to default values. Via service control panel, I stopped ASSP and restored assp.cfg from a backup and restarted ASSP. I waited until processor usage dropped to idle after start up and everything was fine. I then repeated Shutdown/Restart and was able to duplicate. This time, I got 10 or 15 pop ups. I believe I caught it earlier in the process.
