Hello with an older version the problem does not happen. I will try using prior version of 1.9.6.2(0.0.04) trying to find which is the first version which causes the problem . With medium/low traffic servers there is no issue , with high traffic mail servers 1.9.6.2(0.0.04) become unstable.
