for those of you running assp on windows x64 and want to use the ASSP_DCC
Plugin, I've just published a self compiled windows port of the dccifd at
sourceforge.

Have a look in to the 'startdccifd.cmd' - if unsure, read the man(8) for
dccifd ( https://man.cx/dccifd(8) )
