Now that we're tagging a lot of messages as no processing, I'm wondering if
it might be worth considering adding the option of having a separate
NotProcessed folder to the messages folder.  Here's my thinking:

okmail holds mail that passed the filters, but messages that are noprocess
didn't really pass the filters, they were given a pass for whatever reason.

When reviewing messages, it would be nice to be able to look at these 2
types of messages separately.  okmail can be reviewed for false-negatives -
mail that wasn't marked as spammy, but really are, vs the noprocessing once
that didn't go throught HMM/Bayesian filtering.

What do you think?
