Subject: noprocessing not being listened to?

Hi all I see this with a lot of messages

Quick question seems like assp it scoring bayes on messages that are from
IPS in No processing and I DO NOT have it checked to scan no processing? Is
this a bug?

X-Assp-Version: 1.9.9(14079) on host.myserver.com

X-Assp-noProcessingIPs: 209.85.216.187 '209.85.216.187/32'
X-Assp-Score: -2 (SSL-TLS-connection-OK)
X-Assp-Score: 37 (Bayesian Probability: 1.00000)
X-Assp-Passing: noProcessingIPs '209.85.216.187/32'

I have assp set to NOT do bayes checks on noprocessing, so why are these
messages being scored and going to the spam folder

Thanks

John
