I am running Asterisk 1.6.2.1 and 1.6.2.2 with Spandsp 0.0.6-pre17 with the exact same error messages. But my asterisk does not have any trouble apart from the messages themselves. I did however run into this earlier, and I believe it was fixed for the 1.6.2.x series. At least it worked for me.
