I was just wondering if anyone is having the same problem will Polycom 330 ip phone. The phone looses the network and when you reboot the phone it can no longer find the DHCP server. I put an address in manually, but the phone is still not able to connect to the network. I replaced the phone with another phone (with the same settings) everything works. The computer attached to the phone still works even through the phone does not. There have been no changes in the environment. The phones (3 in 1 day) are only 1.5 years old. I have tried setting the phone back to factory default, but still the same problem. Any ideas?
