It really depends on how large your CC will be and how much money is at stake. :-) We have a lot of clients who are very satisfied with small call centers based on FreePBX or Trixbox CE. Of course I would not implement a 500-seats call center out of a standard CD. My suggestion is: make sure you have an experienced local consultant handy in case something goes wrong - in real life, it always does. Just my two eurocents, l.
