Dear friends,
I have a question.
Are Bahais allowed to sue in medical malpractice cases.
For example am I allowed to sue and say i got sick from too many Xrays
So far as I know. The only restriction I am familiar with is a
request that Baha'is should take problems with other Baha'is to the
Spiritual Assembly.
In the case of malpractice, just remember that it has to be proven
that the illness must was a direct result of the treatment and that
the physician was negligent in his application of the treatment.
This can be difficult and expensive to prove.
