Hello, How can I install the Gnome Desktop on the Ubuntu 14.04 ?
I have Installed Ubuntu 14.04 successfully and executed following commands: sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get upgrade sudo apt-get install ubuntu-gnome-Desktop sudo reboot At boot the pinquin is shown, but after the System in up my display stays black, so no Desktop visible!! How can fix this? I have a Beaglebone black rev.C with the 4D System 7" Display cape. With the ängstrom Image Gnome and the Display are working.
