Something else related to this. Sometimes, having got the "there was a problem upgrading the remote. Please try again or contact support" message, if I hit the back button on the controller, it "reboots". It doesn't happen every time, but I've seen it a few times in the past few hours while I've been figuring out what's gone wrong.
