[Boost-docs] Request

At some point in the past requested a listing of subsections be provided 
 at the beginning of each section. I still think this is a nice feature.

I think it would be better, though, if this listing had some title.

For example, an Introduction section would look like this:

 *Introduction*

   In this section:
     _Abstract_
     _Motivation_
 ...and then the subsections are laid out.

In short <g>, I am asking whether the "in this section" title could be 
added. I believe it would make things appear more organized.

P.S. There also seems to be a minor bug in generating HTML for some 
method descriptions. I don't know exactly what the problem is, but 
examples can be seen in the generated HTML for bad_any_cast (Boost.Any) 
and bad_visit, bad_get (Boost.Variant).
