Hi Everyone. I'll be in Andorra in September looking for a chalet to buy. Can anyone tell me what the property market has been like in the last year - up or down? And, what kind of price range for a four bedroom chalet? What about the "culture" of property negotiation? Is there typically quite a mark-up on housing? Anything I should look out for? Or, would you suggest Spain would be better value for money? My husband and I just want a beautiful place to live, where we can relax, and go for long runs. Maybe one of you could tell me how you came to choose Andorra? (Unless you were lucky enough to be born there!) Thanks to anyone who can give us any little bit of preliminary information.
