Glenn,

I have been in Andorra many times, and I have never seen police, because these are competences of France and Spain, so they use the police of France and Spain. Andorra share those police in own benefit, because as you know, Andorra is not sovereign 100 %, ( Treaty of Pareatges, 1248 ).

What Andorra have is Guàrdia Urbana, or civil policemen, that depends of each of the seven  Parròquies, or villages, this little country have, but in Andorra do not exist one Andorran Police for all the country.

Sorry for my english. I am doing a great effort to speak better day by day, but... as Bruce Springsteen says, is better step by step...

Yours Sincerely

Guillem
