At present this query is a little general to get a good answer from anyone.
What part of creating this form are you struggling with? It's pretty much the same form you would show for adding a product minus a number of the fields, but you'd still have a drop-down for type, location, colour etc. When submitted all the options would be available in $this->data and you would then need to build your conditions for your find call?
