I just re-installed chicken-5.3.0 from source using the link Mario provided. No problems encountered. However:
chicken-install this building this installing this install: cannot create regular file '/home/dnormandin/local/chicken-5.3.0/lib/chicken/11/this.o': Permission denied Error: shell command terminated with nonzero exit code 256 "sh /home/dnormandin/.cache/chicken-install/this/this.install.sh" I'm using `zsh' as my default shell. Could this be causing all this problem? TIA ... -- Duke
