Hello,

the bindings include generic constructors for a high level hash function
and symmetric cipher interface. You can specify any algorithm Botan
supports in symbolic form.

I did not include bindings for the low-level ECB-only cipher interface
(seems of limited use from a high-level language) nor for format-preserving
encryption (difficult to formulate an efficient binding).
