I have been buying my pee pads at the 99 cents only store. They have the packs
of small ones which have 10 or the large ones that have 5 for, well, 99 cents!
LOL I put newspaper under them because they are not leak proof! Then I just
toss it on the trash. I have 2 chi's and they go on them just fine.

Hospital and pharmacy supply places have
"pee pee " pads. We used those for my invalid Mom and they work just
fine for dogs. They are usually quite large but you can cut them in
half.
One dog I fostered preferred newspaper. I would put
this on the pad.
Also, I've seen them inTJ Maxx but not all the
time.
