For some reason whenever you post pictures, I get the dreaded red X. So many chis in those CA shelters all the time. I recently received a notice that a major shelter their is being evicted by the end of the month. Sick part is that by law they have to keep excepting dogs, and we know what the rest of the month will hold for the majority of them with no place to put them all.
