A 3750X "LAN Base" image cannot stack with anything (other than another 3750X LAN Base image switch). A 3750X "IP Base" or "IP Services" will stack with 3750/3750E, with the usual caveat that the ring will default to the least common denominator (32G for 3750, 64G for 3750E).
