Hi, in git current theme is under etc/themes/finxi/ The layout is described with xml files and you can of course change icons/background and other stuff. It should be possible to edit the theme also on phone. The theme is there split on sever directories like: /opt/qtmoko/etc/themes/finxi /opt/qtmoko/pics/themes/finxi I would start with modifying the finxi theme and when you are done i'd just rename it and put in git.
