hi giacomo,

you will have to adapt the svg keyboard to your language yourself.
as radek has written in his initial post you will have to look up the unicode
table for the new keys you want to insert (if you find the qt::key even better
). thereafter open the abc.svg / querty.svg / querty_shift.svg in inkscape
click on the key and open the xml editor. change the id of the layer to fit 
your new unicode values and replace the letter on the layer
