Hello,

I was wondering, if there is some way to upgrade (or install) new packages form src.rpm source packages, rather than from precompiled i586.rpm packages, with the ease urpmi provides, so that one could fully benefit from his/her CPU.

"urpmi --auto-selects" can only be used to upgrade precompiled packages, and won't help much if someone wants to update whole system from source src.rpm packages.

What I mean, if there is some script, that would download new src.rpm packages from let's say cooker, recompile them for a given architecture, and than install.

Doing this manually is somewhat long, slow, monotonous...
