I am trying to run the BINS web photo album program and I get the 
following perl error:

/usr/bin/perl: relocation error: 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.1/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/Image/Magick/Magick.so: 
undefined symbol: InitializeMagick

What is a relocation error?
