Summary: rpmdrake always says that the packages are not signed Product: rpmdrake Version: 2.1-9mdk Platform: amd64 OS/Version: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: program AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] I have installed mandrake 9.2RC1 on my Athlon 64. Every time I try to install packages with rpmdrake I get a warning saying that the rpm from the CD is not correctly signed. The message says : bluefish... Signature incorrecte ((SHA1) DSA sha1 md5 (GPG) (MISSING KEY) GPG #70771ff3 NOT OK) (sorry if there is any mistake but I cannot copy and paste the message because rpmdrake does not allow selection in its error message, which is not very convenient...) My interpretation is that the installation process forgot to install the public key on my system so that rpmdrake cannot check the signature of the package. NOTE : all the packages that have this problem install correctly and work very well, so this really looks like a signature problem. -- Configure bugmail: http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
