Cooker binutils has already be changed, glibc to 2.2.5 too, so using current cooker packages OVER 8.2 probably could give further weird results. IMHO better to recompile those package .src.rpm under plain 8.2 and see if they'll giving the same problems in the case it's that you want to test under 8.2. Otherwise also other cooker libraries should be upgraded. Bye. Giuseppe.
