no. the stock firmware on most ChromeOS devices, especially older ones,
isn't Windows compatible. The R11 (CYAN - all ChromeOS device support is
done by board name, not make/model) is capable of running Windows when my
coreboot/Tianocore UEFI firmware is used, but CYAN lacks the custom drivers
needed for functional audio and touchscreen.
