In a speech at Brown University (28 February) Kerry said, "...we must again reaffirm we are enlisted for the duration - and reaffirm our belief that the cause of Israel must be the cause of America - and the cause of people of conscience everywhere".   There are several reasons.  For one thing, Senator Kerry recently discovered that he is actually Jewish and for another, he wants to be president.  No one who is not for killing Palestinians and sending tons of cash to Israel will ever get elected to anything.  Israel's causes now mean more to America than any cause America has ever had.  I still say we should just give the presidency to Sharon (I believe they're now working to allow foreign-born citizens to be president) and cut out the middle man and keep the phone bills down.  Prudy www.ctrl.org DECLARATION & DISCLAIMER ========== CTRL is a discussion & informational exchange list.
